| Sex & Emails You’d Rather Not Get |
|
Anyone with an email account gets the spam messages about improving the quality of one’s sex life. But now, thanks to a new Internet-based service called inSPOT, people can receive anonymous notices that they might be the unlucky recipients of a sexually transmitted disease. It’s not surprising with the unprecedented rise in STD’s that the sexually active might be having an uninvited guest in the bedroom. With inSPOT, those one-night stands, or ex-lovers can tip-off those they slept with, giving them an opportunity to get tested and treated. That should be welcome news. Gee, I don’t know, I guess it’s a good thing to know. But here’s even better news to know: To be 100% certain of sexual health, one should remain sexually abstinent, including oral sex, until marriage. Then remain monogamous and faithful for a healthy, happy, sexual life. Then you won’t receive anything in your inbox from inSPOT. Too many are living the lie that sex outside of marriage has no consequences. If that were true, we wouldn’t be dealing with an epidemic level of STD’s. Playing it safe has never made more sense.
